My creation "sushi master" this was taken during my first day at work and im happy with the comment of the executive chef he wants it smaller since its the buffet line. Im so used to working for top fine dining hotels that this one was to pretty for a buffet.

Now that is very interesting. It looks like a festival of sushi. So colourful and plentiful.
