It was a good day to buy some fresh produce i checked out this Good Boy market i think is the name they have tons of different stuff here i had fun and took some pictures of the goods.

Pig Out!

This was the Pig Out session i had with my aunt when i saw the movie "Titanic" and mind you guys i only saw the movie last year 2006 hehe I just didnt have the interest for the moview but we got the VCD and now i have the chance to see what was the craze back then when it was still showing. My favorite Pig OUT food is "Soft Batch cookies by Keebler" what about you guys whats your fave food while watching movies?

First Sushi

My creation "sushi master" this was taken during my first day at work and im happy with the comment of the executive chef he wants it smaller since its the buffet line. Im so used to working for top fine dining hotels that this one was to pretty for a buffet. Enjoy!!

Addiction

Admit it one way or another we are addicted to something, we become so dependent on this things it maybe a healthy addiction or a bad one but i think its a matter of controlling your addiction. Just dont let it get the best of you!

Have you ever thought about the famed "5 years from now?" question you get from the Human Resources when applying for a job. But lets do it the other way ask your self now who are you 5 years ago?

5 years ago which would be year 2002. I was a frosh student at De La Salle College of St. Benilde yup just started college but this time was for the second time I used to be a pilot student then shifted to HRIM (hotel, restaurant and institution management) but thats a different story. So 5 years ago i was a student and now im a proffesional chef. Truly that 5 years makes a huge difference.
